EXPIRATION: Your coupon will not expire for a full year from date of purchase: TBD. We will do everything in our power to meet and satisfy our obligation prior to this date.

REFUNDS: It is our desire through the use of this page, to remove any and all misunderstandings or misconceptions participants may have and to clarify the offer. Please read this carefully as once we send our staff to your home, fulfillment to said offer will be considered satisfied and no refunds will be issued. If your understanding of this offer and the following Terms of Service was not to your understanding and you desire to vacate this offer, you should contact the issuer of said coupon’s customer service department.

RECLEANS: We do not offer FREE re-cleaning services with this offer, it is a “maintenance cleaning” offer. A re-visit can be arranged and performed at our normal rate(s), should you desire to schedule a re-visit or re-cleaning.

Please be reminded that the coupon you purchased in our recent promotion, entitles you for up to a total of 3.0 hours of maid services:

In order to assist those who are not familiar with having your home cleaned by a residential cleaning service this type of service breaks down as follows:

Clarification of HOURS:
• If we send 2 Maids – we will be in the home cleaning for up to 1.5 hours each maid.
• If we send 3 Maids – we will be in the home cleaning for 1.0 hour each maid.

This offer is a maintenance cleaning service. What this means is that you, the client, will need to “prioritize” items which you most desire cleaned first, then second, and then third. It is not a whole house, deep cleaning, detailed cleaning service; it is designed to assist homeowners with some extra help.

Will a Priority List Be Completed?

Not necessarily, it depends on what is on the itemized list, how much attention, i.e., time the cleaning list requires, etc. We attempt to clean those items on the list, in as much detail as time permits and then move on to the next item in the home. We normally send two to three service providers to the participants home – please see above for how the time breaks down.

Due to the offers restriction of time, which passes quickly, many clients (coupon holders) have us concentrate on specific areas of the home, i.e., Bathrooms, Kitchens, etc. Please be aware it is unrealistic to think that any size home is going to be cleaned top to bottom, i.e., deep cleaned or spring cleaned in the course of a total time of 1.0 hour even with 3 maids. We can only clean up to our limit of a total of 3.0 hours, unless previously authorized for longer periods of cleaning time.

* Times and prices for a deep cleaning may vary depending on the needs, distance traveled, etc., at the discretion of the client, i.e., whether a client decides to have us stay longer and wishes to pay for additional time and services.

RESTRICTIONS:
Applicable to this and other Coupon, Voucher and or Special Offers. Cannot be used for:
• Any items on the deep cleaning list for the 1st hour
• They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer
• They cannot be stacked
i.e.,use multiple coupons on the same day to extend cleaning times beyond the offered 1 hour.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not assume that you will be able to use your voucher / coupon and that we will be able to provide you with immediate service, i.e., for instance in the same day or week that you made your purchase, or in the same day or week that you call to redeem.

This is not the arrangement or agreement we entered into – It was always meant to be arranged according to our existing schedule availability.

ADDITIONAL TIME FOR SERVICE: is available if needed, required and or desired. The fee for additional hours is charged at the rate of $40.00 per hour, per maid (service provider). Please be aware that arrangements for last minute and/or on the same day of service requests for additional and or extended time, are difficult for our field staff to accommodate as a last minute request

TIPS: Many of our clients as well as Coupon and Voucher clients have asked us whether or not it is appropriate and/or acceptable for them to tip our staff. Our service providers do accept gratuities from our clients, and they are very much appreciated. Some clients, due to unfamiliarity with this type of service are simply not familiar with proper protocol in this regard, whether it’s acceptable, what to offer, etc. There really is no way for us to answer the question about tipping; some offer 10%, others offer 15%, etc. Since we don’t share in or get involved in the gratuities presented to our field staff – we simply leave that up to each client. Know that whatever you feel is worthy, it is very, very much appreciated by our field staff.

SCHEDULING IS ACCORDING TO AVAILABILITY As was arranged by agreement with Groupon, the coupon is on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED and according to our schedule availability. Please be advised that our scheduling is arranged as follows:
1. Location – by your Zip Code
2. Order of Coupon Validation (through this website)
3. Desired Day of the Week – Friday’s are the most preferred and least available day for service.
4. Desired Time of Day Your Patience is Appreciated Cancellations or Rescheduling Requests

Cancellation of a scheduled voucher / coupon redemption cleaning will take you out of your pre-arranged and agreed upon scheduled position, thus rotating you out of the schedule and repositioning you in the next available opening, behind all who may have validated their coupon after you, may or may not have yet been put on schedule for service. Ergo, you would have sacrificed your position and it could put you days or even a week or more out before we can rotate you back into our schedule. Again, it reverts back to scheduling availability. It is also a requirement that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment date or you forfeit your coupon.
